Hey everyone,

I’ve been working hard in the trenches of my editorial duties. Like any creative endevor, one is always onto the next project before the past endeavors even see daylight. Oftentimes I forget how many projects I’ve worked on thus far. Then suddenly, I remember… HEY, a book I worked on is releasing. No matter how long I’ve been in the publishing business, I always feel the same on launch day. A knot in my stomach from both excitement and stress. Not sure if that will ever go away, but I’ll be sure to tell you in the next few years.

Perhaps it is because of how much hard work goes into publishing a title. In many ways, you have the bare your soul to the world in some capacity if you lead the life of a creative. I do believe it is way easier if you are an editor on the project because it’s not “your” soul being displayed, just critiques on how the grammar and style are “wrong” even though everything is done deliberately. Though a different kind of stress, a stress nonetheless.

However, it doesn’t compare to the satisfaction of seeing something you worked hard on see the day of light. And this one is no different. I am excited that Soul Shot Skirmisher releases on Amazon today. If you would, an Amazon review would be much appreciated. I am so proud to have worked on this one. Cullen is a brilliant writer with a lot more stories in him.

For now, I will leave you with some narration from the author himself. I had a lot of fun watching these videos and I know you’ll find them not only humorous but insightful. It embodies the tone and what to expect from the story as a whole. Oftentimes, many titles in the LitRPG genre take themselves too seriously, and it’s nice to see more authors with well-done humor create an expansive world.
